Shipping Policy

Each piece of jewelry is made to order just for you, so please allow 7 business days from the time of purchase to shipment. Our founder, Jesika, is a one-woman team and takes care to create each piece with care. In the event of unforeseen material shortages, we will communicate promptly with our buyers. Upon shipment, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. Please note that once your package reaches the post office, it is outside of our control. In the rare event of loss or theft, we are unable to offer a refund, but encourage you to contact your local post office to open a missing item case.
